Darjeeling Estate

Darjeeling tea is called "Champagne of Teas" for its complex, floral, and muscatel (grape-like) flavors, produced from tea leaves in distinct harvests (flushes). It's processed primarily as a black tea but can also yield green, white, and oolong varieties, with each flush offering unique tastes, from light and floral (First Flush) to deeper, richer notes (Second Flush).
